All Vehicle Market provides marketplace listing and enquiry services. A listing review is intended to improve information quality, but it is not a warranty, certification, appraisal or guarantee of a vehicle or transaction.
Seller eligibility
A person requesting a listing must be at least 18 years old and must own the vehicle or have documented legal authority to offer it for sale. The vehicle must be available for the information, documentation and physical or operational review required for its category.
Truthful and complete information
Sellers must provide accurate and complete information and must disclose known material facts that could affect the vehicle, including relevant damage, title or ownership issues, modifications and known mechanical or operational problems. Photos and documents provided for review must relate to the vehicle being submitted.
Review and listing approval
Submitting a listing request does not create a listing and does not guarantee acceptance. We may request additional records, photographs or information. Relevant ownership documentation is reviewed, and each vehicle must complete a category appropriate inspection or operational check before publication. All Vehicle Market may decline, postpone, edit or remove a listing when information cannot be confirmed, documentation is incomplete, material discrepancies are found or marketplace requirements are not met.
Scope of vehicle checks
The scope depends on the category and vehicle. A review may include visual condition checks, identification or serial number checks, startup and system checks, road or operational testing where appropriate, and review of relevant vehicle documentation. The review reflects observations and information available at the time it is performed.
No warranty or certification
A review does not mean that a vehicle is defect free and does not create a warranty, service contract, certification or guarantee of future condition. Hidden defects can exist and condition can change after a review. Buyers are responsible for deciding what additional inspections, history checks or professional advice they need before a transaction.
Listings and availability
Prices, specifications, equipment and availability may change. All Vehicle Market may correct listing errors or update information when new documentation becomes available.
Transactions
Unless a separate service expressly states otherwise, All Vehicle Market is not the buyer or seller of a listed vehicle and does not itself transfer title or ownership. Buyers and sellers are responsible for transaction documents, payment, taxes, registration and transfer requirements that apply to them.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, impersonate another person, misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with website operation.
